Claimant Feedback

At Medreport client satisfaction is very important to us and we constantly measure both our own and our Expert’s service via a customer satisfaction questionnaire.

We ask client’s to rate the service in a number of areas and taking a sample of 1600 returned questionnaires, we can with all honesty state:

  • 97% of claimants considered the distance travelled to see the Expert was reasonable.
  • 99% of claimants confirmed the Expert to be polite and courteous during the consultation.
  • 99% of claimants were satisfied overall with their consultation.
