Client Care

We allocate case handlers to specific Solicitors. This enables the administrator to identify with the particular requirements of the Solicitor and also build up a good working relationship with the team of fee-earners.

Our Client Services Manager has responsibility for liaising with Solicitors in respect of performance issues, change in procedures and providing general case management information to enable the Solicitor to also check and monitor their cases.

Review Meetings

In addition we like to have regular meetings with our client Solicitors in order to discuss issues and address any ongoing problems as well as looking at new developments. We find regular face-to-face meetings helps build a solid working relationship for both parties.

Complaints Procedure

In respect of complaints, we have a set complaints’ procedure at Medreport administered by the Operations Manager. All complaints are investigated with the Operations Manager providing a summary report on the matter including advising the Solicitor of action taken to resolve the problem.
