Medreport also has direct billing arrangements with many defendant insurers under the MRO agreement in addition to independent arrangements with insurers not signatories to MRO. This removes many issues in respect of recoverability at the end of the case with payment being made direct to Medreport from the defendant insurer in respect of fast track personal injury claims.
