Service Standards

Medreport agrees service standards with each of its instructing parties and these are monitored through the Medreport Case Management System. These reports allow us to monitor performance levels and those cases that fall outside of these times can be investigated and the fee-earner kept advised. For day-to-day case management, the system produces daily reminders and action required listings for each case handler. This allows us to keep the case moving in order to comply with our set service levels.

Typically we aim to provide reports within a 6-12 week time frame allowing for the different types of Personal Injury cases.

On average, we provide GP Medico-legal Reports wtihin a 6-8 week period. Orthopaedic & Other Specialist Reports fall within a 10-12 week time frame. Subject to Medical Records.
