The efficient control and tracking of cases is carried out using the Medreport Case Management System. A bespoke computer database system designed and developed to a specification meeting our specific business requirements.

As well as providing an easy way of managing cases, we are also able to monitor the performance here at Medreport to ensure that we are providing the best possible service, as well as identifying areas where improvements to service levels are possible. The system is constantly being reviewed and enhanced to match changing business processes.
